Please note: If you're a new client, a shortened timeline limits our ability to complete any necessary alterations before your event. This means we may not be able to fulfill our Flawless Fit Promise by your initial need-by date. That said, we're happy to help with alterations after your event!

These special requests often require additional time for sourcing and production, and may incur extra fees depending on the complexity. If you're requesting a unique design or non-standard customization, we’ll work closely with you to determine feasibility and timeline before proceeding.

This gives us time to coordinate sizing, handle any alterations, and ensure everything arrives well in advance. It also allows for any special requests like matching linings, embroidery, or unique styling across the group.

However, it's important you arrange for the safe receipt of the package. This means ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or providing a secure location/address. It can often be helpful to check if your hotel or resort can accommodate receiving mail, and whether there are any fees associated.

We also recommend allowing extra time for international shipments and customs processing, just to be safe.
