Why don’t my Patterns match the numbers I entered in my survey?

The measurements that make up your Patterns look different from what you entered during the survey because we took your body measurement inputs and translated them into garment measurements.

Your patterns always reflect the finished garment specs needed to achieve your fit, not the raw body measurements you provided. Body measurements are only a small part of what goes into building your Patterns.

Are you being asked to generate measurements that you already have?

If you're being asked to generate measurements for a garment type you've ordered before, don’t worry!

This usually means it’s your first time ordering that item with our new workshop, and our tailors just need a bit more information to fine-tune your transition. We still have your full sizing history and will use it as our primary reference to ensure your fit stays consistent.

Does something not look right?

We recently migrated from our (very old) legacy system to a new, improved platform — but rest assured, we still have access to every record and every pattern we’ve ever made. Place your order with confidence knowing our team will personally review your details and ensure everything is accurate before production begins.

Are you missing measurements?

If you notice that a few individual measurements are missing, don’t worry! We still have them securely stored. Our recent data migration from our old system caused some structural changes, so certain fields will automatically repopulate the next time you place an order.

If an entire garment’s sizing is missing, it’s likely been a while since you last ordered that style, or we may need to re-calibrate your fit with our new maker. Simply click “Retake Fit Survey” above — this will refresh and fill in Patterns for any missing garment types while keeping all your existing Patterns intact. Our team personally reviews every update before production and will reach out if anything needs clarification.
