What happened to my Blank Label account?

Your account has been moved to BlackLapel.com. All your sizing, past order history, and saved preferences are preserved.

Do I need to create a new account?

No. You can log in to Black Lapel using your existing Blank Label account email. If it’s your first time logging into the new site, you may just need to reset your password or receive a login code.

Will my sizing and fit preferences still be correct?

Yes. All your measurements and patterns have been transferred exactly as they were. We still use the same workshop and processes you’re familiar with since August 2023.

If your most recent order was before then, we'll help calibrate your fit at the new maker with complimentary alterations.

Are the garments still made in the same place?

Absolutely. The same workshop has been making Blank Label and Black Lapel garments for over two years.

Yes. The Blank Label team you’ve trusted for years is still here, now serving you under the Black Lapel name.

What if I have a question about an old Blank Label order?

We have all your history on file, as we continue to own each brand's information. Whether it’s from Blank Label or Black Lapel, we can access the details and help with any questions.

Who do I contact for customer service?

We will continue to monitor the inbox for both Blank Label and Black Lapel, but your fastest response will come from emailing Concierge@BlackLapel.com

We will continue to have access to your entire history with either brand, and we're happy to assist.

* Notice you are missing patterns?

The most likely explanation is that it's been a while since you last ordered that garment type, and we haven't made one for you at our new workshop yet. While we still have access to your entire history, our Master Tailors have asked for an updated survey to add additional context to your sizing when calibrating your measurements into their patterning systems.
