How to Measure Shoulder

Make sure you are starting from the natural shoulder point, and not from your shirt seam by feeling for the natural shoulder points, or acromion bone.

Starting from the outside edge of the acromion bone, pin at the base of your neck at the halfway point, and measure across to the other natural shoulder point.
